Refund Policy
We stand behind every batch. If something goes wrong, we make it right โ replacement first, refund if needed.
Eligible cases
- Damaged shipment โ broken vial, broken seal, visible cold-chain failure.
- Mislabeled product โ wrong compound or wrong dosage shipped.
- Failed certificate of analysis โ independent retest below specification.
- Lost in transit โ confirmed by carrier after the SLA window.
Window
Submit your claim within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments).
How it works
- Open a ticket from your account dashboard or contact support@Origin Peptide.bio.
- Attach photos/video and the lab certificate ID printed on the box.
- Our QC team reviews within 24h.
- We replace the item at no cost or issue a refund to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days after approval.
Non-eligible
- Opened or partially used vials (unless QC failure).
- Damage caused after delivery to a third-party forwarder.
- Custom or special-order items unless defective.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
EU consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened products, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Custom or sealed perishable items (cold-chain) are excluded once the cold-chain seal is broken, in line with Art. 16 of the Directive.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback โ most disputes are resolved in less than 48 hours. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
