Shipping Policy
Every order leaves our facility in cold-chain packaging with internal phase-change cooling and full chain-of-custody documentation. Tracked from facility to lab.
Carriers
We ship via DHL Express (priority) and UPS. Carrier is selected based on destination, climate window, and customs profile.
Processing time
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically prepared and dispatched the same day.

- United States & Canada: 3–5 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 4–7 business days
- Worldwide other regions: 5–10 business days
Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders above USD 200 ship free worldwide.
Customs & duties
For destinations outside the EU, customs duties and import VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Our compliance team prepares all documentation (HS codes, MSDS, lab certificate) for clearance.
Cold-chain integrity
Vials ship in temperature-stabilized inserts rated for up to 96 hours of transit. Each box carries a temperature monitor and a tamper-evident seal. If the cold-chain integrity is broken on arrival, contact us immediately for replacement.
Restricted destinations
We do not currently ship to: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Crimea, Cuba (US OFAC list). Some products may be restricted in additional jurisdictions — see product detail pages.
Address verification
Shipping addresses are validated against carrier networks. If we cannot verify your address we will reach out before dispatch — please reply within 48 hours.
