Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of originpeptide.com (the Site) and any purchase of Origin Peptide Lab products. By using the Site you agree to be bound by them.

1. Who we are

Origin Peptide Lab (“Origin Peptide”, “we”) operates out of the European Union and ships internationally. Our products are intended exclusively for research and laboratory use by qualified researchers, biotech laboratories and accredited research institutions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. Research-only positioning

Origin Peptide products are not for human consumption, in-vivo administration, food, cosmetic or therapeutic use. They are research-grade compounds sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory study, analytical reference, and validated experimentation by trained professionals.

4. Orders & payment

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted, exclusive of duties or local taxes.
  • An order is accepted only when we issue a confirmation and successful payment is captured.
  • We may refuse, cancel, or partially fulfill any order at our sole discretion.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.

5. Lab certification

Each batch ships with an independent ISO 17025 lab certificate verifying identity, purity (HPLC ≥ 99%), endotoxin, and stability. Certificates are accessible from your order tracking page.

6. Shipping & risk transfer

Shipping terms are detailed in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier. Cold-chain integrity is monitored end-to-end.

7. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Briefly: replacement or refund within 14 days for damaged shipments, mislabeled product, or batches failing certificate of analysis.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, 3D models, documentation, visual identity) is the intellectual property of Origin Peptide Lab. No reproduction without written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any single order is capped at the price paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the courts of the registered seat of Origin Peptide Lab have exclusive jurisdiction, save for non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Updates

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes are flagged on this page and via email when applicable.
